Finance Charge Collections definition

Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.
Finance Charge Collections has the meaning specified in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
Finance Charge Collections means, for any Accounting Period, the aggregate amount of Collections (other than Principal Collections) received during such Accounting Period, including, without limitation, (i) all amounts paid by or on behalf of Contract Debtors with respect to interest, finance charges and any other amounts due under the Pledged Contracts (other than with respect to the unpaid principal balance thereof) and (ii) Net Liquidation Proceeds.

Finance Charge Collections means all Collections other than principal collections.
Finance Charge Collections means for any Monthly Period, the sum of (i) with respect to Receivables included as part of the Trust Assets, all Collections received by the Servicer on behalf of the Issuer of Finance Charge Receivables, (ii) with respect to any Collateral Certificate included as part of the Trust Assets, collections of finance charge receivables allocable to the holder of the Collateral Certificate for such Monthly Period pursuant to the applicable Series Supplement for such Collateral Certificate, (iii) any amounts received by the Issuer which are designated as Finance Charge Collections pursuant to this Agreement, the Transfer Agreement, the Indenture or any Indenture Supplement for such Monthly Period and (iv) the amount of investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses), if any, on amounts on deposit in the Collection Account and the Excess Funding Account for such Monthly Period.
Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables. “Finance Charge Shortfall” is defined in Section 4.7.
Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Asset Pool, for any Monthly Period, the sum of (a) with respect to Receivables designated for inclusion in such Asset Pool, all Collections received by the Servicer on behalf of the Issuer of Finance Charge Receivables (including Discount Receivables Collections and Recoveries received for such Monthly Period to the extent such Recoveries are deemed Finance Charge Collections under the definition of "Collections" above), (b) with respect to any Collateral Certificate designated for inclusion in such Asset Pool, collections of finance charge receivables allocable to the holder of the Collateral Certificate for such Monthly Period pursuant to the applicable Series Supplement and (c) any amounts received by the Issuer which are designated as Finance Charge Collections pursuant to any Asset Pool Supplement or Indenture Supplement for such Monthly Period. Finance Charge Collections with respect to any Monthly Period shall include the Interchange Amount (if any) paid to the Trust with respect to such Asset Pool with respect to such Monthly Period (to the extent received by the Trust and deposited into the applicable Collection Account on the First Note Transfer Date following such Monthly Period).
Finance Charge Collections with respect to any Due Period shall mean the sum of (a) the lesser of the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Receivables for the preceding Due Period or Collections actually received in such Due Period and (b) all Recovered Amounts received during such Due Period.
Finance Charge Collections means the amount of Investor Finance Charge Collections which are payable to the Issuer pursuant to the Series 2000 Supplement, including pursuant to Sections 4.02(a)(i), 4.02(a)(ii)(B) and 4.02(a)(iii) thereof.
Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Business Day, Collections received by the Servicer with respect to Finance Charge Receivables on such Business Day.
