Finance Agreements definition

Finance Agreements means loan agreements, guarantees, notes, debentures, bonds and other debt instruments, security documents and agreements, hedging agreements, credit support and other documents entered into by the Project Company relating to the financing (including refinancing) of the Project, including any direct agreements between any Contractors, the Project Company and the Lender.

Finance Agreements means the documents to be executed by the Project Company in respect of financing or credit support to be provided to the Project Company by the Lender by way of loans or other credit support (excluding any amendments thereto not approved in advance by the Government), including loan agreements, guarantees, notes, debentures, bonds and other debt instruments, security documents and agreements, hedging agreements and other documents relating to the financing (including refinancing) of the development, financing, construction and commissioning of the Project, including any direct agreements between any Contractors, the Project Company and the Lender.

Finance Agreements means the loan note instruments, security agreements,intercreditor deeds and loan agreements referred to in Clause 2.1.1 and any other such agreements or instruments as any of the HDV Parties shall enter into from time to time

Examples of Finance Agreements in a sentence

• If the Lessees have properly and fully performed all of their obligations under the Finance Lease Agreements, the Lessees are entitled to acquire the Leased Assets at the consideration of RMB100 in nominal value pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Finance Lease Agreements, upon the expiry of the Finance Agreements respectively.
