Owner shall notify Contractor whether it accepts or rejects the Work as being Finally Complete within fifteen (15) Days following Owner’s receipt of Contractor’s certification required by this Section.
For purposes of this Agreement, the terms "Finally Completed", "Finally Complete", and "Final Completion" shall be deemed to have occurred upon the completion by Contractor of all of the Punch List items enumerated on the Punch Lists and final acceptance of the Work by Owner.
Borrower will cause the Development Project to be Finally Complete by the date required under the PIP for such Development Project (the “Completion Deadline”).
