Final Works definition

Final Works means all creative content developed by Developer, or commissioned by Developer, exclusively for the Project and incorporated in the Final Deliverables, including, but not limited to, any and all visual elements, graphic design, illustration, photography, animation, motion design, audiovisual works, sounds, typographic treatments and text, modifications to Client Content, and Developer’s selection, arrangement and coordination of such elements together with Client Content and/or Third Party Materials.
Final Works means all creative content developed by Agency, or commissioned by Agency, exclusively for the Project and incorporated in the Final Deliverables, including, but not limited to, any and all visual elements, graphic design, illustration, photography, animation, motion design, audio-visual works, sounds, typographic treatments and text, modifications to Client Content, and Agency’s selection, arrangement and coordination of such elements together with Client Content and/or Third Party Materials. Final Deliverables means the final versions of Deliverables provided by Agency and accepted by Client. Preliminary Works means all creative content including, but not limited to, concepts, sketches, visual presentations, or other alternate or preliminary designs and documents developed by Agency and which may or may not be shown and or delivered to Client for consideration but do not form part of the Final Works.
Final Works means all creative content developed or created by Blank Canvas, or commissioned by Blank Canvas, exclusively for the Project and incorporated in the Final Deliverables, including (but not limited to) any and all visual designs, visual elements, graphic design, illustration, photography, animation, motion design, audio-visual works, sounds, typographic treatments and text, modifications to Client Content, and Blank Canvas’s selection, arrangement and coordination of such elements together with Client Content and/or Third Party Materials.

Examples of Final Works in a sentence

  • The WCR shall be submitted along with Final Works Accounts including return of unspent balance amount to ESIC within one month of settlement of final bills of the contractors / other agencies deployed by agency.

Related to Final Works

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • musical work means a work consisting of music, exclusive of any words or action intended to be sung, spoken or performed with the music;
