Final Working Capital Adjustment Amount definition

Final Working Capital Adjustment Amount means an amount, which may be positive or negative, equal to (a) the amount of Working Capital set forth in the Final Closing Statement minus (b) the Target Working Capital.

Final Working Capital Adjustment Amount means an amount, which may be a positive or negative number, equal to (a) the Final Working Capital, minus (b) the Target Working Capital.
Final Working Capital Adjustment Amount means the positive or negative number resulting from the difference between the Final Closing Net Working Capital and the Target Closing Net Working Capital.
