Examples of Final Warning Notice in a sentence
A Persistent Breach is defined as a breach where a Final Warning Notice has been served and the breach has continued for more than fourteen days or has recurred in three or more months over the next six months after the date of service of the Final Warning Notice.
Final Warning Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 22.2.2 (Final Notice).
