Final Terms definition

Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.

Final Terms means the final terms issued in relation to each Tranche of Notes (substantially in the form of either Part A or Part B of Annex B to the Procedures Memorandum) as a supplement to the Prospectus and giving details of that Tranche and, in relation to any particular Tranche of Notes, applicable Final Terms means the Final Terms applicable to that Tranche;

Final Terms means, in relation to a Tranche, the Final Terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of such Tranche, substantially in the form of Schedule C to the Dealer Agreement

Examples of Final Terms in a sentence

• If the Notes are in definitive form, except as provided in the applicable Final Terms, the amount of interest payable on each Interest Payment Date in respect of the Fixed Interest Period ending on (but excluding) such date will amount to the Fixed Coupon Amount.

• Where ISDA Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined, the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period will be the relevant ISDA Rate plus or minus (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms) the Margin (if any).

• If the Final Terms indicates that this Global Note is not intended to be a New Global Note, the nominal amount of the Notes represented by this Global Note shall be the aggregate nominal amount stated in the Final Terms or, if lower, the nominal amount most recently entered by or on behalf of the Issuer in the relevant column in Part 2, 3 or 4 of Schedule One or in Schedule Two.

• References in this Global Note to the Conditions shall be to the Terms and Conditions of the Notes as set out in Schedule 2 to the Agency Agreement (as defined below) as completed by the information set out in the Final Terms and but in the event of any conflict between the provisions of (a) that Schedule or (b) this Global Note and the information set out in the Final Terms, the Final Terms will prevail.

• Words and expressions defined or set out in the Conditions and/or the Final Terms shall have the same meaning when used in this Global Note.

More Definitions of Final Terms

Final Terms means, in relation to any issue of any Series of Covered Bonds, the relevant terms contained in the applicable Transaction Documents and, in case of any Series of Covered Bonds to be admitted to listing, the final terms submitted to the appropriate listing authority on or before the Issue Date of the applicable Series of Covered Bonds.

Final Terms has the meaning set out in the Programme Agreement;

Final Terms means the final terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of the ETC Securities, in the form set out in the Issue Deed relating to such ETC Securities or such other form as may be agreed between the Issuer and the Arranger.

Final Terms means the document containing the specific terms relating to the Securities;

Final Terms means, in relation to a Tranche, the Final Terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of such Tranche, substantially in the form of Schedule B to the Dealer Agreement;

Final Terms means, in relation to each Tranche, the applicable final terms attached to, or endorsed on, such Covered Bonds.

Final Terms means the final terms issued in relation to each Tranche of Covered Bonds as a supplement to the Base Prospectus and giving details of that Tranche and, in relation to any particular Tranche of Covered Bonds, a form of which is attached as Schedule 2 to the Agency Agreement.
