Final Termination Date definition

Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.

Final Termination Date means the date that is the later of (i) the Insurer Termination Date and (ii) the Trustee Termination Date.

Final Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.26.

Examples of Final Termination Date in a sentence

• In order to receive and maintain the limitation authorized by Section 2.4 in addition to the other obligations required by this Agreement, the Applicant shall Maintain Viable Presence in the District commencing at the start of the Tax Limitation Period through the Final Termination Date of this Agreement.

This Agreement, and the obligations and responsibilities created by this Agreement, terminate on the Final Termination Date identified in Section 2.3.E, unless extended by the express terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Final Termination Date

Final Termination Date means, at any time, the latest occurring Termination Date in effect at such time.

Final Termination Date means the earlier of (i) the date on or after the Commitment Termination Date on which all of the Borrower’s obligations hereunder have been paid in full and all Facility LCs have expired or been terminated and (ii) the date on which all of the Borrower’s obligations hereunder have become due and payable (pursuant to Section 6.01 or otherwise).

Final Termination Date means the date on which the last FILOT Payment with respect to the Final Phase is made, or such earlier date as the Fee Agreement is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Fee Agreement. Assuming the Phase Termination Date for the Final Phase is December 31, 2057, the Final Termination Date is expected to be January 15, 2059, which is the due date of the last FILOT Payment with respect to the Final Phase.
