Final Site Plan definition

Final Site Plan means a map of a rental development under this Chapter which has been surveyed by a licensed professional land surveyor and acknowledged by the owner, and which accurately depicts streets, alleys, easements, blocks, lots, survey monuments, building envelopes, public/private improvements, and other attributes of a PAD rental development.
Final Site Plan means the final plan submitted by the Redeveloper to the City which sets forth the limit of the Redevelopment Site, building locations, ingress and egress, loading areas, parking, landscaping, signage and adjoining streets including one or more elevations or sketches showing the exterior features and designs of the building(s).
Final Site Plan means the engineered drawings showing all equipment, excavation, landscaping, and other changes or improvements to be made to the Property for the development of the Project after administrative review and approval by the County.

Final Site Plan means the Project as described in this Development Agreement and conditions with respect thereto, as set forth as Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.

Operational supplies include all supplies needed for the operation of the hotel, such as stationery, computer equipment and accessories, guestroom TV’s and mounts, alarm clocks in rooms, linen, pillows, maids’ carts and supplies, trash cans, all items for the hotel restaurant, bar, banquet and conference facilities (including china, utensils, glasses, etc.). FF&E shall also include, for purposes of FF&E Cost, taxes, freight, warehouse expense, installation fees, interior design fees (but only if interior design fees are part of a package cost which includes design, delivery and installation of FF&E items) and purchasing agent fees.
