Final Scheduled Payment Date definition

Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.

Final Scheduled Payment Date means, with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, (ii) the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date, (iii) the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, (iv) the Class B Notes, the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, (v) the Class C Notes, the Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date, (vi) the Class D Notes, the Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date and (vii) the Class E Notes, the Class E Final Scheduled Payment Date.

Examples of Final Scheduled Payment Date in a sentence

• The Exchange Note Balance will be due and payable on the earlier of the Exchange Note Redemption Date and the Exchange Note Final Scheduled Payment Date.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the final distribution in respect of any Certificate (whether on the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or otherwise) will be payable only upon presentation and surrender of such Certificate at the office or agency maintained for that purpose by the Certificate Registrar pursuant to Section 3.08.
