Final Redemption Value definition

Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.
Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value. In respect of the provisions relating to the determination of Final Redemption Value, the following definitions are applicable (any terms not defined herein or elsewhere in this Final Terms being as defined in the Base Prospectus):
Final Redemption Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, Worst Value.

  • If FR Barrier Value is less than the Final Redemption Condition Level and a Knock-in Event has occurred:Min (100%, Final Redemption Value).

  • If FR Barrier Value is less than the Final Redemption Condition Level and a Knock-in Event has occurred: Min(100%, Final Redemption Value).

  • If FR Barrier Value is less than the Final Redemption Condition Level and a Knock-in Event has occurred: Min (100%, Final Redemption Value).
