Final Receipt definition

Final Receipt means the receipt issued by the Principal Regulator, evidencing that a receipt has been, or has been deemed to be, issued for the Final Prospectus in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;

Final Receipt means the Passport Receipt for the Prospectus;

Final Receipt means the receipt issued for the final Prospectus by the Principal Regulator pursuant to National Policy 11-202 – Process for Prospectus Reviews in Multiple Jurisdictions (“NP 11-202”), representing a final receipt for the Prospectus in each of the Selling Provinces;

• The Underwriters shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to complete and cause each Selling Firm to complete the distribution of the Offered Shares as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 42 days after the date of the Final Receipt and to notify the Company thereof.

Final Receipt means the receipt issued by the Principal Regulator, evidencing that a receipt has been, or has been deemed to be, issued for the Final Prospectus in British Columbia.
