Final Project Cost definition

Final Project Cost means, with respect to any Project, the actual total Project Costs through Final Completion of such Project, as determined by Administrative Agent in consultation with Independent Engineer and Borrower.

Examples of Final Project Cost in a sentence

  • Tenant shall be responsible for any actual increase in cost of construction caused by Change Orders (up to the amount set forth in Landlord’s Proposed Pricing/Timing Adjustment which shall be approved by Tenant) provided such amount results, after all other adjustments, to an increase in the Final Project Cost.

  • Any increase or decrease in the cost of the Expansion Premises Work which results from a Tenant Change Proposal, if implemented, shall be added to or subtracted from the Final Project Cost Proposal, as the case may be.

  • Aggregate advances under the Line of Credit shall also conform to the Approved Final Project Cost Budget and Draw Schedule as approved by the Lender attached, to be attached, hereto as EXHIBIT “C” and incorporated herein by reference, as amended from time to time by Lender (the “Project Budget”).

  • Any increase or decrease in the cost of the Tenant Improvement Work which results from a Tenant Change Proposal, if implemented, shall be added to or subtracted from the Final Project Cost Proposal, as the case may be.

  • The Company shall not be entitled to any refund or credit of the Agency's fee in the Final Project Cost Budget is lower than provided in the Project Application Information.

  • Aggregate advances under the Line of Credit shall also conform to the Approved Final Project Cost Budget and Draw Schedule as approved by the Lender attached or to be attached hereto as EXHIBIT “C” and incorporated herein by reference, as amended from time to time by Lender (the “Project Budget”).

  • In no event shall the Final Project Cost Proposal exceed the Tenant Improvement Allowance.

  • Upon receipt of Tenant’s approval, or deemed approval, of the Final Project Cost Proposal, Landlord shall cause its Contractor to commence construction of the Initial Tenant Improvements in accordance with the Construction Documents as such may have been modified herein and shall proceed diligently to Substantially Complete the Initial Tenant Improvements by the due date set forth in the Work Schedule, subject to Tenant Delays.

Related to Final Project Cost

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Total Project Cost means the lowest of the following:

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Total Project Costs means, with respect to a Project, the sum of (i) the Qualified Project Expenditures plus (ii) all other costs necessary to acquire the Land, construct the Development Work and the Construction Improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and complete the Project.

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Qualified Project Costs shall have the meaning given to it in the Regulatory Agreement.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Net cost means the Contractor’s actual cost after deducting all permitted cash and trade discounts, rebates, allowances, credits, sales taxes, commissions, and refunds (whether or not any or all of the same shall have been taken by the Contractor) of all parts and materials purchased by the Contractor solely for the use in performing its obligation hereunder provided, where such purchase has received the prior written approval of the Manager as required herein. The Contractor shall promptly furnish to the Manager such bills of sale and other instruments as the Manger may require, executed, acknowledged and delivered, assuring to the Manager title to such materials, supplies, equipment, parts, and tools free of encumbrances.

  • Contract Cost means the Contract Sum plus Price Variation. This cost shall be included in the letter of acceptance.

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Target Cost as used in this contract, means the estimated cost of this contract as initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Construction Cost means and includes the cost of the entire construction of the Project, including all supervision, materials, supplies, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and/or other facilities furnished, used or consumed, without deduction on account of penalties, liquidated damages or other amounts withheld from payment to the contractor or contractors, but such cost shall not include the Consulting Engineer/Architect's fee, or other payments to the Consulting Engineer/Architect and shall not include cost of land or Rights-of-Way and Easement acquisition.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Equipment Cost means, for any Item of Equipment, the gross amount paid by the Company to the manufacturer thereof, including all applicable sales taxes, and delivery charges as invoiced by such manufacturer to the Company.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Estimated Construction Cost or “ECC” means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Original Project means the Project described in the Original Financing Agreement.
