Final Maturity Reserve Fund definition

Final Maturity Reserve Fund. The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.09 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered Holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-21". Funds in the Final Maturity Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Final Maturity Reserve Fund. The account created pursuant to Section 4.09 of this Agreement.

  • The Trustee shall treat the Final Maturity Reserve Fund as an outside reserve fund within the meaning of Treasury Regulation 1.860G-2(h) that is owned by the Holders of the Class C Certificates, and that is not an asset of any REMIC created hereunder.

  • Any other monies received by the Holders of the Interest-Bearing Certificates from the Final Maturity Reserve Fund will be treated as monies paid by the Holders of the Class C Certificates to acquire the Interest-Bearing Certificates receiving such monies.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).
