Final Level definition

Final Level means, in respect of the Index, the Closing Level on the Final Valuation Date, provided that, if the Final Valuation Date is not an Exchange Business Day, then the Final Level will be determined on the immediately preceding

Final Level means the Settlement Price in respect of the Index in respect of the Valuation Date, as determined by the Calculation Agent, and subject to adjustment and/or correction in accordance with the Conditions;

• When the Employer terminates the employment of an employee the grievance procedure shall apply except that the grievance may be presented at the Final Level within thirty (30) calendar days after the employee receives his/her notice of termination.
