Final Interest Payment Period means the period from the final Interest Reset Date to the Maturity Date. The Interest Determination Date with respect to any Note that has as its Base Rate the CD Rate, the Commercial Paper Rate, the Federal Funds rate, the Prime Rate or the CMT Rate will be the second Business Day preceding the applicable Interest Reset Date. The Interest Determination Date with respect to any Note that has LIBOR as its Base Rate will be the second London Banking Day (as defined below) preceding the applicable Interest Reset Date.
