Final Index Level definition

Final Index Level. : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.
Final Index Level means in respect of an Indexand subject to Adjustment Provisions, the Index Level of such Index on the Valuation Date for such Index, or for the purposes of determining whether an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred on any Auto-Call Valuation Date for such Index, the IndexLevel of such Indexon the relevant Auto-Call Valuation Date for such Index.
Final Index Level means the average of the closing levels of the FTSE 100 on the Final Maturity Date and the four previous Business Days.

  • Final Index Level means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the Index Level of such Index at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date for such Index, or for the purposes of determining whether an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred on any Auto-Call Valuation Date for such Index, the Index Level of such Index at the Valuation Time on the relevant Auto-Call Valuation Date for such Index.

Final Index Level means in respect of an Index the final level of such Index on the valuation date.
