Final Deliverable definition

Final Deliverable means all related Deliverables under a Work Order or a series of related Work Orders, where such Deliverables are intended or required to operate as a system or otherwise to perform interrelated functions.

Final Deliverable means the final version and contents of any Draft Deliverable approved as a Final Deliverable as set forth in Section 10.4.

Final Deliverable means Draft Deliverable that has been ratified by the FIRST Board of Directors as set forth in Section 6.

• At the completion of installation of any Final Deliverable, the Final Deliverable shall operate for a period of sixty (60) consecutive calendar days in conformity with its Documentation (which shall include, if applicable and without limitation, Final Criteria).

• Acknowledgement in writing by District of such operation for said sixty (60) day period shall constitute final acceptance of the Final Deliverable involved.

More Definitions of Final Deliverable

Final Deliverable means the final version and contents of any Draft Deliverable approved as a Final Deliverable as set forth in Section 8.4.

Final Deliverable means the Deliverable that is delivered to Blue Coat by Vendor after Blue Coat’s acceptance of the PVT Prototype and completion of first article inspections of a Product by Blue Coat. The Final Deliverable shall be the Product to be manufactured under the Manufacturing Services Agreement.
