Final Criteria definition

Final Criteria has the meaning given in Section 7.1.
Final Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 5.1(c).
Final Criteria means the criteria listed in 4.3(d).

Examples of Final Criteria in a sentence

  • At the completion of installation of any Final Deliverable, the Final Deliverable shall operate for a period of sixty (60) consecutive calendar days in conformity with its Documentation (which shall include, if applicable and without limitation, Final Criteria).

  • When, in District’s reasonable judgment, a System Deliverable has satisfied the Final Criteria, District shall give Contractor written notice thereof.

  • Id.For a period of one year, during which the Interim Criteria are implemented, the I/Os will continue to monitor and explore further refinements to develop the Final Criteria.

  • Specification of a timeframe following Contractor’s delivery of a Deliverable to District during which the Deliverable will be subject to acceptance testing against its Final Criteria by the District (the “ Initial Acceptance Period”).

  • ASAM criteria means the most current edition of the American Society of Addiction Medicine's published criteria for admission to treatment, continued services, and discharge.

  • Selection Criteria means and includes all of the requirements, considerations,

  • Functional Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 27 of this Part C.

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.

  • Business Criteria means any one or any combination of Income before Taxes, Net Income, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, Pre-tax Margin, Free Cash Flow, Valuation or EPS.

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Fitch Criteria means the Collateral Amount shall equal the sum of (i) the product of A multiplied by the xxxx-to-market value of the outstanding Transactions determined by Party A in good faith from time to time, and (ii) the product of B multiplied by the current aggregate notional amount of the outstanding Transactions, where:

  • Investment Criteria The criteria specified in Section 12.2(a).

  • Board-Established Criteria means criteria that the Board of a Regulated Fund may establish from time to time to describe the characteristics of Potential Co-Investment Transactions regarding which the Adviser to the Regulated Fund should be notified under Condition 1. The Board-Established Criteria will be consistent with the Regulated Fund’s Objectives and Strategies (defined below). If no Board-Established Criteria are in effect, then the Regulated Fund’s Adviser will be notified of all Potential Co-Investment Transactions that fall within the Regulated Fund’s then-current Objectives and Strategies. The Adviser to the Regulated Fund may from time to time recommend criteria for the Board’s consideration, but Board-Established Criteria will only become effective if approved by a majority of the Independent Directors (defined below). The Independent Directors of a Regulated Fund may at any time rescind, suspend or qualify their approval of any Board-Established Criteria, though Applicants anticipate that, under normal circumstances, the Board would not modify these criteria more often than quarterly.

  • Criteria means one of the eight (8) state defined categories to be scored.

  • Examination Criteria means the loan classification criteria employed by, or any applicable regulations of, the Assuming Institution’s Chartering Authority at the time such action is taken, as such criteria may be amended from time to time.

  • Acceptance Criteria means the Specifications, goals, performance measures, testing results and/or other criteria designated by the Agency and against which the Deliverables may be evaluated for purposes of Acceptance or Non-acceptance thereof.

  • Performance Criteria means the criteria (and adjustments) that the Committee selects for an Award for purposes of establishing the Performance Goal or Performance Goals for a Performance Period, determined as follows:

  • Direct Award Criteria means the award criteria to be applied for the award of Call-Off Contracts for Standard Services set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 (Award Criteria) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Performance Objective means a standard established by the Committee to determine in whole or in part whether a Performance Award shall be earned.

  • Quantitative fit test or "QNFT" means an assessment of the adequacy of respirator fit by numerically measuring the amount of leakage into the respirator.

  • Goal means the intended or projected result of a comprehensive corrections plan or community corrections program to reduce prison commitment rates, to reduce the length of stay in a jail, or to improve the utilization of a jail.

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.

  • Award Criteria means the award criteria to be applied for the direct award of Call Off Agreements for Goods and/or Services set out in Part A of Framework Schedule 6 (Award Criteria); Dispute means any dispute, difference or question of interpretation arising out of or in connection with this Framework Agreement, including any dispute, difference or question of interpretation relating to the Goods and/or Services, failure to agree in accordance with the procedure for variations in Clause 16.1(Variation Procedure) or any matter where this Framework Agreement directs the Parties to resolve an issue by reference to the Dispute Resolution Procedure;

  • Goals means the annual level of participation by SBEs in City Contracts as established in this chapter, the SBE Regulations, or as necessary to comply with applicable federal and state nondiscrimination laws and regulations. Goals for individual Contracts may be adjusted as provided for in this chapter and shall not be construed as a minimum for any particular Contract or for any particular geographical area.

  • Eligibility Criteria means the legal criteria as specified in the Clause 5 of this E- Auction Process Information Document;

  • Performance Goal means a performance goal established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3.

  • Rating Criteria with respect to any Person, means that (i) the short-term unsecured debt obligations of such Person are rated at least “A-1” by S&P, “P-1” by Xxxxx’x and “F-1” by Fitch, if deposits are held by such Person for a period of less than one month, or (ii) the long-term unsecured debt obligations of such Person are rated at least “AA-” by S&P, “Aa3” by Xxxxx’x and “AA-” by Fitch, if deposits are held by such Person for a period of one month or more.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.
