The consent is for a period from the date this consent is granted until the date occurring 25 years after the Final Commissioning of the Development.
Written confirmation of the date of the Final Commissioning of the Development must be provided by the Company to the Scottish Ministers, the Planning Authority, the JNCC and SNH no later than one calendar month after the Final Commissioning of the Development.
The ECoW must be appointed in time to review and approve the final draft version of the first plan or programme submitted under this consent to the Scottish Ministers for approval, until the Final Commissioning of the Development.
