Final Commissioning of the Development definition

Final Commissioning of the Development means the date on which all wind turbine generators forming the Development have supplied electricity on a commercial basis or such earlier date as the Scottish Ministers deem the Development to be complete;
Final Commissioning of the Development means the date on which the last wind turbine generator constructed forming the Development has supplied electricity on a commercial basis to the National Grid, or such earlier date as the Scottish Ministers deem the Development to be complete;
Final Commissioning of the Development means the date on which the Development first supplies electricity on a commercial basis, except such electricity generated during the commissioning phase;
