Final Approval Hearing definition

Final Approval Hearing means the hearing before the Court where the Parties will request the Final Judgment to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, the Fee Award, and the incentive award to the Class Representative.

  • Settlement Class Members who fail to make written objections and who do not appear at the Final Approval Hearing to voice their objections shall be deemed to have waived any objections and shall be foreclosed from making any objection (whether by appeal or otherwise) to the Settlement.
