Filing Entities definition

Filing Entities means those Company Parties which are debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases, in the first instance being those entities identified as such on Exhibit D.

Filing Entities. The Constellation Group entities set forth in Schedule VI hereto, which are debtors in the Brazilian RJ Proceeding.

• This Agreement does not and shall not be deemed to grant any undue advantage or consideration to the Consenting Stakeholders and Shareholders to their sole advantage or to the detriment of other creditors of the Filing Entities for the purposes of sections 168 and 172 of the Brazilian Bankruptcy Law.

Filing Entities has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
