Fifth Amendment Agreement definition

Fifth Amendment Agreement means Amendment Agreement No. 5 dated as of the Fifth Amendment Agreement Effective Date by and among Holdings, the Borrower, the Subsidiary Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
