  • Carrols LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carrols, shall be a Party to this Agreement with respect to any obligation of a CRG Party for reimbursement, indemnification and payment owed, accrued or required to be paid or reimbursed to a Fiesta Party pursuant to this Agreement.

All Miscellaneous Proceeds that are not applied to restoration or repair of the Property shall be applied in the order provided for in Section 2.

  • Initiating Party shall have the meaning set forth in Article 13.
