Field Change Order definition

Field Change Order is a written change order requested by the AE, accepted by the CM, and approved by the Project Coordinator for minor changes in the Work, not involving the adjustments in the Guaranteed Maximum Price or an extension of Time, and not inconsistent with the overall intent of the Contract Documents.
Field Change Order means a written instrument issued by Company to Contractor after the execution of this Contract ordering (1) a change in the Work, (2) an adjustment in the Contract Sum, or (3) an adjustment in the Contract Time.
Field Change Order. ("FCO"), Problem Reporting ("PO") and Service Information ("SI") Program OEM shall maintain a field change order, problem reporting and service information program in accordance with good industry practice. The following procedures are intended as minimum requirements for the program which OEM has in place and for interfacing this program with PMSN's procedures. Changes which affect Form, Fit, Function, or Certification of the Product, or Spare Parts stock may only be implemented after consultation between OEM and PMSN and mutual agreement.
