Fidelity to the Model definition

Fidelity to the Model means implementing the Program in a manner consistent with the Model Elements and therefore maximizing the likelihood of achieving results comparable to those measured in Research.
Fidelity to the Model means implementing the HFA Model in a manner consistent with the Critical Elements and the Best Practice Standards through successful completion of the Accreditation Process; therefore, maximizing the likelihood of achieving results comparable to those measured in Research.
