Fiber Meet definition

Fiber Meet means an Interconnection architecture method whereby the Parties physically Interconnect their networks via an optical fiber interface (as opposed to an electrical interface), using a single point-to-point linear chain SONET system.

  • To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.
