FHLB Guide definition

FHLB Guide means the Guide for the MPF Banks published by the MPF Provider detailing policy and procedures among the MPF Banks for their participation in the MPF Program, as the same may be amended after consultation with the MPF Banks from time to time, which FHLB Guide is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • Xxxxxx Mae Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx’ Guide and the Xxxxxx Mae Servicers’ Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).
