  • The Board of Trustees finds and determines that it has properly noticed and held a public hearing on the proposed Local Law #2 of 2023 on February 15, 2023, and that sufficient consideration has been given to all comments and written submissions, if any, received during the public hearing stage.

  • Fertilizer means any substance or mixture of substances that contains one or more recognized plant nutrients and promotes plant growth, or controls soil acidity or alkalinity, or provides other soil enrichment, or provides other corrective measures to the soil.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
