FERC Settlement Agreement definition

FERC Settlement Agreement means the joint settlement agreement described in the attached Appendix 1.69, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, or replaced from time to time after the date hereof in accordance with the terms set forth therein.
FERC Settlement Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
