FERC Approval definition

FERC Approval means an order issued by FERC approving the transactions contemplated hereby under section 203 of the Federal Power Act and the FERC’s regulations thereunder.
FERC Approval means FERC authorization of the Merger pursuant to Section 203 of the Federal Power Act of 1935, as amended.

FERC Approval means the issuance of a Final Order by FERC under Section 203 of the FPA authorizing the sale of the Transferred Interests by the Sellers to Purchaser, obtained pursuant to and in accordance with the disclosures set forth on Schedules 4.01(g) and 5.01(f).
