Fees and Costs definition

Fees and Costs means reasonable fees and expenses of employees, attorneys, architects, engineers, expert witnesses, contractors, consultants and other persons, and costs of transcripts, printing of briefs and records on appeal, copying and other reimbursed expenses, and expenses reasonably incurred in connection with investigating, preparing for, defending or otherwise appropriately responding to any Legal Proceeding.
Fees and Costs means the reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys, architects, engineers, investigators, expert witnesses, contractors, consultants, and other Persons, and costs of investigating claims, obtaining transcripts, printing of briefs and records on appeal, copying, and other reimbursable costs and expenses charged by any of the foregoing, and all other reasonable expenses of any actual or potential Legal Proceeding.
Fees and Costs means reasonable legal (including attorneys' and legal assistants') fees, disbursements and costs; reasonable fees, disbursements and costs of third party consultants and experts; court costs; and similar items.

  • Arbitration Fees and Costs You will be responsible for paying your share of any arbitration fees (including filing, administrative, hearing or other fees), but only up to the amount of the filing fees you would have incurred if you had brought a claim in court.

Fees and Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 11.12 of this Agreement.
