Fee Property definition

Fee Property as defined in subsection 5.13.
Fee Property means a Real Property Asset consisting of a fee interest in real property.
Fee Property has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.10(b).

Examples of Fee Property in a sentence

  • Tenant is the owner of four buildings that straddle the lot line between the Property and the Fee Property and, therefore, lie in part on public trust tidelands.

  • From and after the date the Easements have been established, any reconfiguration of the parking area, utility conduits or facilities, or public access improvements within the area of the Easements which Tenant desires to undertake on the Fee Property shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and shall be subject to Landlord’s review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Fee Property as defined in Section 3.8.
Fee Property means any real property owned in fee.
Fee Property means any real property owned in fee simple by any Loan Party, other than any such real property designated from time to time by Collateral Agent in its sole discretion as not being required to be included in the Collateral.
