Fee or Fees definition

Fee or Fees means the amount required to be paid as established by the Board of Directors.
Fee or Fees means charges, costs, prices, fees, Time & Material (T&M) Fees, or any compensation of any kind payable by Client to EPS-Connect according to the Agreement.
