Fee Interests definition

Fee Interests shall have the meaning assigned to such term in subsection (g) of the definition of Properties.

More Definitions of Fee Interests

Fee Interests means any land and any buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures owned beneficially in fee simple by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and any equipment located thereon or used in connection therewith and/or all personalty (including, without limitation, franchises) related thereto, in each case owned by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and all other real estate interests, owned beneficially by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Fee Interests means the Mineral Interest and the Surface Interest.
Fee Interests means all right, title and interest of a Contributor and any Affiliate thereof in the parcels of land described as fee property on Schedule 2.1(a), together with all buildings, structures, fixtures and other improvements situated thereon and all right, title and interest of such Contributor and any Affiliate thereof under easements, privileges, rights-of-way, riparian and other water rights, lands underlying any adjacent streets or roads, appurtenances and licenses to the extent pertaining to or accruing to the benefit of the land.
