Federation Representative as used in this agreement means any duly-authorized designee of the Federation. Wherever the singular is used in this Agreement, it is to include the plural. Whenever a personal pronoun is used, it is understood to include both male and female.
Federation Representative is used, it shall mean the school teacher committee authorized by the Federation, and elected by teachers in the building.
Federation Representative or “Union representative” is used it is to include the Union building representative or his/her teacher designee or any other representative designated by the Union.
