Federally Qualified Health Center definition

Federally Qualified Health Center means a non-administrative medical facility with a fixed permanent location that is identified on the following search engines and offers health services on a sliding scale payment system: http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov or http://www.ihs.gov/ or http://www.aachc.org/.
Federally Qualified Health Center or "FQHC" means a health center funded under section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (42 USC 254b).
Federally Qualified Health Center means a public or private non-profit health care organization that has been identified by HRSA and certified by CMS as meeting the criteria under sections 1861(aa)(4) and 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act and receives funds under section 330 of the Public Health Service Act.
