Natural Supports or "Natural Support System" means resources and supports (e.g. relatives, friends, neighbors, significant others, roommates, or the community) who are willing to voluntarily provide services to an individual without the expectation of compensation. Natural supports are identified in collaboration with the individual and the potential "natural support". The natural support is required to have the skills, knowledge, and ability to provide the needed services and supports.
Collateral Support means all property (real or personal) assigned, hypothecated or otherwise securing any Collateral and shall include any security agreement or other agreement granting a lien or security interest in such real or personal property.
Local support means funds from tax sources, gifts, endowments, penal fines, or other funds received from local sources, excluding state and federal aid as stated in this act.
Medical support means providing health care coverage for a joint child by carrying health care coverage for the joint child or by contributing to the cost of health care coverage, public coverage, unreimbursed medical expenses, and uninsured medical expenses of the joint child.
Cash medical support means an obligation to equally share all reasonable and necessary medical and dental expenses of children.
Federal Securities means: (a) any direct general obligations of the United States of America (including obligations issued or held in book entry form on the books of the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America), for which the full faith and credit of the United States of America are pledged; (b) obligations of any agency, department or instrumentality of the United States of America, the timely payment of principal and interest on which are directly or indirectly secured or guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America.
Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
Federal safety requirements means applicable provisions of 49 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. and all
Federal Certifications means the “Certification Regarding Lobbying – Compliant with Appendix A to 24 C.F.R. Part 87” and Standard Form LLL, “Disclosure of Lobbying Activities,” also in Attachment B, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
Financial Support means any loans, guarantees, Security or other financial assistance (whether actual or contingent).
General supervision means that general instructions are given and tasks are undertaken to achieve the required outcomes or objectives. Discretion and choice in selecting the most appropriate method for completing the allotted tasks is expected and encouraged.
Medicare Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between CMS (or other such entity administering the Medicare program on behalf of the CMS) and a health care provider or supplier, under which such health care provider or supplier agrees to provide services for Medicare patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicare Regulations.
Provider agency means a funded organization under contract with the Children’s Board to deliver and provide social services and supports to children and families of Hillsborough County, FL.
Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.
Financial Support Direction means a financial support direction issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 43 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Provider Agreements means all participation, provider and reimbursement agreements or arrangements now or hereafter in effect for the benefit of Tenant or any Manager in connection with the operation of any Facility relating to any right of payment or other claim arising out of or in connection with Tenant’s participation in any Third Party Payor Program.
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.
Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.
Federal election means an election in even-numbered years in which an elector may vote for
secondary education means attendance at a public or private school offering instruction at grade levels 9-12, or equivalent. (interim eff. 6/6/2010 TL:SR-735; final eff. 7/4/2010 TL:SR-737)
Entitlements means, with respect to any Offering, the license and use types, limits, volume, or other measurement or conditions of permitted use for such Offering as set forth in the applicable Order or Supplemental Terms, including but not limited to any limits or restrictions on the number and categories of users authorized to use such Offering, permitted geographic areas, available storage space, computing power, or other attributes and metrics.
School bus means every motor vehicle owned by a public or governmental agency or private school and operated for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity, to or from school or school activities, or, privately owned and operated for compensation for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity to or from school or school activities (Education Law §11[1] and Vehicle and Traffic Law §142).
Medical certification means a statement which attests that the medical information reported on the certificate of death or fetal death is accurate to the best of the medical certifier’s knowledge.
Child support agency means the public agency responsible for child support
