Federal Privacy Regulations definition

Federal Privacy Regulations means the regulations contained in 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, as amended.

Federal Privacy Regulations means the federal privacy regulations under HIPAA as contained in 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164, as amended from time to time.

Related to Federal Privacy Regulations

  • Privacy Regulations means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as amended in 2004, 2011, 2015 and 2016 and as may be further amended from time to time;

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.
