Federal Healthcare Programs definition

Federal Healthcare Programs means any “federal health care program” as defined in 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7b(f), including Medicare, state Medicaid programs, state CHIP programs, TRICARE and similar or successor programs with or for the benefit of any Governmental Authority.
Federal Healthcare Programs means the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs.
Federal Healthcare Programs means Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS and any other federal health care program, as defined in 42 U.S.C. Section 1320a-7b(f).

  • The Business is certified for participation in the Federal Healthcare Programs and Seller has a provider agreement with each Federal Healthcare Program (the “Provider Agreements”).

  • Seller Parties, at their expense, shall prepare and timely file all Cost Reports required or permitted by law to be filed under the Federal Healthcare Programs or other third party payor programs for all periods ending on or prior to Closing or as a result of the consummation of the transaction described herein.

  • Licensed health care provider means a physician, physician assistant, chiropractor, advanced registered nurse practitioner, nurse, physical therapist, or athletic trainer licensed by a board.
