Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006. In compliance with the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, as amended (Pub.L. 109-282) (“FFATA”), and 2 C.F.R. Part 25, the Subrecipient shall obtain a unique entity identifier (formerly a DUNS number) and an active registration in System for Award Management (“XXX”). The Subrecipient shall maintain its unique entity identifier and an active XXX registration for the duration of this Agreement. In addition, the Subrecipient shall provide the City with all information requested by the City to enable the City to comply with the reporting requirements of FFATA and other applicable law.
