Federal Courts definition

Federal Courts means collectively the courts of the Federal Government.

Federal Courts has the meaning provided in Section 17.02 hereof. “Funding” has the meaning provided in the Preamble hereof. “Funding Recipient” has the meaning provided in the Preamble hereof.
