Federal Court Action definition

Federal Court Action shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Federal Court Action means the two actions commenced in the Federal Court and eventually consolidated in Court File T-1664-19, as listed in Schedule "A" to this Settlement Agreement.
Federal Court Action means the suit filed by Plaintiffs Shalikar and Xxxxxxx in the Central District of California against Defendant. A copy of the Second Amended Complaint is attached as Exhibit B.
