Federal contract definition

Federal contract means an acquisi- tion contract awarded by an agency, including those subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and any other acquisition contract for real or personal property or services not sub- ject to the FAR.
Federal contract means any contract or agreement with, involving or for the benefit of the United States of America or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof (collectively, the "U.S. Government"), whether now existing or hereafter arising, in each case as the same may be amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
Federal contract means any prime contract, subcontract, or any other agreement transferring value between Dow and a department, agency, or instrumentality of the United States, including but not limited to contracts for goods or services, grants, and cooperative agreements, regardless of whether Dow is a prime contractor or subcontractor.
