  • We may, at our sole decision, make an offer to purchase back your FECPAKG2 Unit upon termination, but we will be under no obligation to do so.

  • The FECPAKG2 Unit includes software that is either owned by us or licensed by us from Menixis Limited.

  • We may from time to time and at our absolute discretion offer you the opportunity to upgrade your FECPAKG2 Unit (and any other associated equipment) for a new FECPAKG2 Unit (or other equipment), and shall advise you of any costs associated with such an upgrade.
