FDR System definition

FDR System means the computer equipment, computer software and related equipment and documentation used at any time and from time to time by FDR to provide the Services.

FDR System means one or more of the data processing systems of FDR (including those subcontracted by FDR or used by FDR under licensing agreements with other vendors), including all related masterfiles, transaction records, history records, archived data, and similar data and information.
