FCPA definition

FCPA means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended. “FDA” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh). “FDCA” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh). “GAAP” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(h).
