FCC Orders definition

FCC Orders means that the FCC has granted or given its consent, without any condition materially adverse to Acquirer, to the Assignment Application; the term "FINAL ORDERS" shall mean that the FCC Orders shall have become final that such FCC Orders are not reversed, stayed, enjoined or set aside, and with respect to such FCC Orders, no timely request for stay, reconsideration, review, rehearing or notice of appeal is pending, and as to which FCC Orders the time set forth in the FCC rules or the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the "COMMUNICATIONS ACT"), for filing any such request, petition or notice of appeal or for review by the FCC staff on its own motion has expired.

FCC Orders means the actions, orders or decisions of the FCC granting its consent to the assignment of all of the FCC Licenses of the Entravision Stations to Univision.

FCC Orders. All orders issued by the FCC relating to the Programs. “FedRAMP-Authorized,” or “FedRAMP Authorization” A term used to designate a Cloud Service Offering from a CSP that satisfies the security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring requirements of the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (or FedRAMP”).
FCC Orders has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals to this Agreement. “Force Majeure” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.14.
