FCC Law definition

FCC Law means the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, including ------- as amended by the Telecommunications Act of 1996, and the rules, regulations and policies promulgated thereunder.
FCC Law is defined in Section 3.5(c).
FCC Law has the meaning specified in Section 4.28(a)(i).

FCC Law means (a) the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 USC §101 et. seq.; (b) the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 CFR § 0.1 et. seq.; (c) the policies and case law of the Federal Communications Commission implementing and interpreting (a) and (b), above; (d) the decisions of the United States Courts with respect to (a), (b) and (c), above; and (e) all of (a), (b), (c) and (d) above as they presently exist and as they may be amended, supplemented, changed and/or superseded (by legislation, rule making, adjudication or otherwise) in the future.

  • Anticorruption Laws means the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, or any other anticorruption or anti-bribery Applicable Law applicable to the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.

  • FCC Consent means action by the FCC granting its consent to the assignment of the FCC Licenses to Buyer as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Takeover Laws means any “moratorium,” “control share acquisition,” “fair price,” “supermajority,” “affiliate transactions,” or “business combination statute or regulation” or other similar state anti-takeover laws and regulations (including Section 203 of the DGCL).
