FAST Allegation Statement definition

FAST Allegation Statement means a written statement containing the specific allegations of misconduct of the Respondent regarding alleged Basic MLS Rule infraction(s), and setting out a fine for such alleged infraction(s), as prepared by the Professional Standards Committee and as further described in sections 7.04 and 8.02.
FAST Allegation Statement means, at the discretion of the Executive Officer and/or staff, a written statement containing the specific allegations of misconduct of the Respondent regarding alleged Basic MLS® Rule infraction(s) and setting the fine for such alleged infraction(s).

Examples of FAST Allegation Statement in a sentence

  • After the ten (10) day period set out in the FAST Allegation Statement, the Respondent shall have no further right to pay the fine set out in the FAST Allegation Statement.

  • The Professional Standards Committee is under no obligation to accept payment of the fine set out in the FAST Allegation Statement at any time after the ten (10) day period set out in the FAST Allegation Statement.

At the time the Registration Statement was or will be originally declared effective and at the time the Company’s most recent annual report on Form 10-K was filed with the Commission, if later, the Company met the then-applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act. During the Agency Period, each time the Company files an annual report on Form 10-K the Company will meet the then-applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act.

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.

  • Additional Registration Statement means a registration statement or registration statements of the Company filed under the 1933 Act covering any Additional Registrable Securities.

  • Form S-4 Registration Statement means the registration statement on Form S-4 to be filed with the SEC by Parent in connection with issuance of Parent Common Stock in the Merger, as said registration statement may be amended prior to the time it is declared effective by the SEC.

  • Demand Registration Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • Merger Registration Statement means the registration statement, together with all amendments, filed with the SEC under the Securities Act for the purpose of registering shares of NYB Common Stock to be offered to holders of Synergy Common Stock in connection with the Merger.

  • Plan Supplement Filing Date means the date or dates on which the Plan Supplement shall be filed with the Bankruptcy Court. Each preliminary prospectus and the prospectus filed as part of the effective Registration Statement or as part of any amendment thereto, or filed pursuant to Rule 497 under the 1933 Act, complied when so filed in all material respects with the Rules and Regulations and each preliminary prospectus and the Prospectus delivered to the Underwriters for use in connection with this offering was identical to the electronically transmitted copies thereof filed with the Commission pursuant to XXXXX, except to the extent permitted by Regulation S-T. If a Rule 462(b) Registration Statement is required in connection with the offering and sale of the Securities, the Fund has complied or will comply with the requirements of Rule 111 under the 1933 Act Rules and Regulations and Rule 3a of the Commission’s Internal and Other Procedures (“Rule 3a”) relating to the payment of filing fees thereof. The Fund, subject to the Registration Statement having been declared effective and the filing of the Prospectus under Rule 497, has taken all required action under the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act, the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “1934 Act”) and the Rules and Regulations to make the public offering and consummate the sale of the Securities as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Destination state means the state, territory, or foreign country to which motor fuel is directed for
